A fluid of unknown density floats a .25m x .1m x .02m block of wood weighing .35kg. The block has .002m of its smallest side above the surface of the water. What is the density of the block? What is the density of the fluid? I found the density of the block to be 700 kg/m^3. Is this correct? And how do you find the density of the fluid?

Simple question. Black holes, such as the super massive black hole at the center of tthe Milky way, are believed to be super dense mass. The term "Hole" illicites a lot of confusion. So. Are they solid matter?
