Using Microsoft windows, when i'm putting borders at my document, I have noticed that when you are adjusting the length of the borders, the units are in Pt. But the assigned format given by my professor is that it should be 1inch from the edge of the paper. So how many Pt are there in 1 inch? (need the exact value)

The killer asteroid is supposed to pass earth within the moon's orbit. Nothing specifies the phase that the moon is in, so I thought "What if the rock hits the moon? Will we not have a moon?"
