After i've been in the shower a bit red dots appeared on my hand and down my wrist a little bit, they have never appeared there before as far as I remember, and the water temperature wasn't very hot, the dots have went now, i'm just wondering what they are, there was about as many dots as a spotted plec.. like this http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Catfis330.jpg maybe a little bit less, but not much, the dots almost looked like small moles but they were slightly redish coloured.

My question is what happens to the quality of sound when its frequency is increased. Audible range is between 20Hz-20000Hz. But why 21000Hz is not audible.

Look at the dinosaurs. Many creatures perished when a meteorite struck, but new animals developed out of the blue and populated the earth. The same thing will probably happen when humans bite the big one also

The private sector has not been able to achieve this feat. Their boldest accomplishment was spaceshipone which only dipped into the cosmic sea. Our ancestors braved the oceans for months at a time to reach the new world. How come we can't make the journey to the other heavenly bodies? Have we lost the frontier or pioneering spirit?

A crate of mass 11.5 kg is pulled up a rough incline with an initial speed of 1.5 m/s. The pulling force is 100 N parallet to the incline, which makes an angle of 21 degrees with the horizontal. The coefficient of kinetic friction is .4, and the crate is pulled 4.05 m.

I've tried to find the amt of mechanical energy lost due to friction using {change in kinetic + change in potential = change in thermal), but my answer is not coming out correctly. Any suggestions?
