This insect has four, long limbs, and that seems it's limit sence I didn't find any strange stubs to indicate more legs. It's abdomen is flat and wide. The head is in the shape of a curled blade of grass, but eyes or a mouth is nowhere to be seen. Please tell me what insect this thing is because I don't know and it's driving me crazy!

This relates to solar panels installed at residential properties (or commercial for that matter...as long as it's NOT large-scale) for electricity generation.

This also does NOT relate to solar thermal installations.

(If you find information about large-scale installations, please answer my other question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AljDBaffejhKbeE9V3okrafsy6IX?qid=20060812044222AARJkwf )

Chapter 11, specifically titled "Ambush: The Warming of the World", concludes, "In the U.S., as the evidence for the seriousness of global warming mounts, the political will to do something about it seems to be shriveling". Around the same time, Rush Limbaugh was fond of saying, "There is nothing that we can do to change the planet's climate, why we couldn't change it if we tried - the Earth has an unlimited ability to heal itself." Now, who turns out to have been more correct? (The book is copyrighted 1997 by the Estate of Carl Sagan)

The are 3 fields, one square, one circular, one an equilateral triangle. The area of the square one is 50% large than the area of the circular one. The area of the square one is 75% larger than the area of triangular one. The perimeter of all 3 added together is 4000. What is the area of each field?
this isnt a homework problem, I came across it playing a silly little online game. Now I used to be pretty good at math, but I have not done anything but add and subtract for decades now :p Guess Im rusty. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks

if an empty box van weighs 4000 lbs and 1000 pidgeons are then placed inside each weighing 1 lb, the total when the birds are seated is 5000 lbs. how much does the box van weigh when the birds are not seated but airborne within the box van. does the box van weigh the original 4000 lbs because the birds are flying? or does the weight remain the same as if the birds are seated? or is the total weight greater because the gravitational downward force of the birds wings is greater than the weight of the birds at rest?

My friend told me she saw a ghost of the former owner of the house she lived in. Shes my friend, so i guess i can rule her out as being crazy. shes pretty normal so, i guess i can call her a liar.
I myself, have never seen one before, so i dont believe in them, but skeptical. What do you people think?. If ghosts are real, what can they be?. a rip in time, something caused by a person.

Bognor Regis is a small seaside town in southern England, for those who dont know, no reason for choosing it just saw it written down in todays paper. Aubergine is a vegetable which is sometimes called an eggplant by the yanks and ozzies. The world is where we all live.
