According to Einstein (who most people tend to believe) then if you're travelling faster than the speed of light you will be travelling backwards in time. So if the rear car turns his lights on, the front car will see it 5 seconds before he does.
Or something. Einstein also said it was impossible to exceed the speed of light. So it's all merely hypothetical anyway.

The light would not get to the front car so it would never be seen but the rear car would run into the light as you are going 10 mph faster than the speed of light!

The car in front would see the lights in his mirror as the light from the headlamps would be relative to the speed of the cars in addition to the normal speed of light.

When you travel with the speed of light, the material becomes energy. Travelling faster than speed of light can happen only to some particles somewhere in universe(under concrete conditions). Also , that last one is something that simply has been formulated as theory and proceeding has not been confirmed.
So , your question has no meaning because it could never happen what you describe under these conditions.

yes it would because both cars are doing the same speed. if only one car was moving at that speed and the other car was stopped then the answer would be no
you ask "y" !! its to do with valasitity "got it "
the same as your car doing 40mph and you hit a stopped car,then you hit that car at 40mph "yes" but if that car was doing 20mph then you hit the car at 20mph.
