When does a car going 40 mph decelerate when hitting a train going 40 mph head on? Wouldn't the car just switch directions without decelerating?

Can anyone name one thing that mankind has ever created? Anything that was "invented" or "made" from any source or material that does not already exist in the universe?
Do we not just discover what is already here? Do we not just discover ways amd methods to combine those things that are already here.

What "new" thing has mankind ever created? Really new, that is not part of here and now? Name one!

As I take more and more statistics classes, I'm amazed at what can be determined with numbers. Therefore I often wonder--is our number system considered perfect? If not, what weaknesses does it have?

If I were to die today my parents would have the legal and moral right to donate my body to federally funded medical and crime scene research.

From my point of view when it comes time to distroy the left over embryos from a fertilization clinic, the parent should have the choice to donate the embryos to federally funded research if they want to just like they also have the option of donating a baby's body to federally funded research.

I fail to see how this is an abortion issue. I would have thought all issues regarding abortions would have been done when the mass number of embryos were created.

Be as descriptive as you want, religious comments are welcome as long as no insults are used, for example "You athiests are stupid the world will end when Jesus comes back to Earth" is not allowed. On the contrary, "I believe that when Jesus comes back to Earth the world will end" is allowed. Thank you, and try to have fun with this. I like funny comments but don't go overboard with it.

Why do not we design a box that could transfer electrical power from one box to another via somekind of tranferring mode. I think we have too many wires, cables and poles on the street.
