Pregnancy - October 2006

I had a miscarriage on June 23, 2005 at 14 weeks, and it was the most emotionally and physically painful experience I've ever had in my entire life. I was 36 years old at the time, was not planning on having another child, but wound up pregnant. When I m/c, I was devestated (and it's still hard to deal with at times). The doctors and pathology report never could say with any certainty why I m/c, but I know that my baby son was perfect. So it must have been something about my body that did not allow him to develop to term. Well, I found out today that I'm pregnant. I don't know how to deal with it. I want to be happy, but all I can think about is loosing this baby too. How can I stop being so full of fear and dread, and start feeling the usual excitement of pregnancy and motherhood and new baby?

I only get this pain right in the evening. I am fine during daytime. Your response regarding this would be appreciated. Is this normal or common during early pregnancy.

that finds ultrasounds umbearable.I dread them simply because betime i drink the litre of water and then hold for an hour im basically peeing myself before i even get in the room.I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life i don t even get time to enjoy the pictures of my bub cos i just rush the doc along through it so i can go pee.Maybe my bladder fills quicklier than others.

I don't think she is, I love her and i know she loves me and I make sure she has everything she asks for and needs, but she has a very bad attitude since shes been pregnant, she is 7 months, my family met her for the first time and there were not many words said but a lot of judging, they tell me she is controlling me and she has me right where she wants me, but i don't see it, they say love is blind i know but is she really controlling me or are they saying they because they want to protect from getting hurt, taken advantage of

im taking medication that hasnt been tested on pregnant women an i had a feeling i might be pregnant so i talked to my doc an he did a blood test this was the 16th an my period was due on the 17th it came back negative i still havnt started it though and my breasts are sore an feel heavy and i have to pee every 5 minutes is it possible that the blood test can be negative because it was still to early does that happen?

I got off Alesse 28 Birth control 5 months ago, and I have always have very heavy periods on and off birth control. Last month I was a week late and I just spotted. (Not to be gross, I just had to use pantyliners through the whole thing) Me and my husband are trying, but I know it can take time when getting off BC. I took a preg test a day before the spotting began and it was Neg. Any advice on why I just spotted last month? I have never had a period like that before even getting off BC in the past.

The pain worsens when I try to breathe or use my abdominal muscles. Is it just the baby moving around? I am 26 weeks and have not experienced anything like this before about 25 weeks.

i asked about me being pregnant and still having my period you guys from this site told me to get checked for std's but i did back in sept when i first went to the doctor to see about it and i had nothing, so again these are my symptoms let me explain more clearer... back and stomach pain, discharge(always white and creamy like lotion or look likes semen...clear & slimy...) head ache and fevers not too often though,bloating, and alittle gas, gained a little weight, tireness even though i may sleep 10 hours or more in the morning, and 1-2 in the evening, and i only took two hot baths and got dizzy when i stood up, so that doesn't happen often... but it did happen.... and the the moving in my belly feels like a kick and at 2 months your baby is about a inch longer so you would might be able to feel a kick i'm probably about 10-11 weeks... so i ask now what do you think.... ITS NOT AN STD...so now what's your opinion...??????

my period was due on the 12th october and i didn't get it then, i got what seemed like a period on the 17 october, i just thort it was late but, it was a hell of a lot lighter (like water) and lighter in colour (light red). it lasted for 5 days like my usual period but it was different.

my boyfriend and i are trying to have a baby and we have been doing it when i have been ovulating (27 sept) my last period was in the 14 sept and ran for 5 days, my period is regular but this just confused me.

i am now suffering from slight nausea (usually when i get up in the morning), headache and lower back pain.

would i be able to take a PT and get an acurate result? i have booked an appointment with my doc for friday, and i wanted to take a PT with me even if its a negitive result, should i?

both me and my boyfriend are excited but im a little nervous to take a PT coz i dont want to take it to early... what do you think?

Everything was all good up until she got pregnant, now i don't even know what to think I love her, but she treats me like **** now thats shes pregnant, when I come see her she acts she doesn't want me to be around,when I'm not there she is blowin up my phone askin when i'm comin to see her all emotional and never wants to get off the phone, when I spend the night she tells me i'm a bed hog all of a sudden (which was never a problem before) but when i don't spend the night she get all sad and mad like its was a problem that i didn't, she doesn't even like to kiss me or hug me anymore, let alone have sex (I don't ask her or pressure her about it), but we talk about getting married and she is always talkin about what our new life is gonna be like when we move in together and she is my wife, she makes me lunch and cooks for me but thats about it, I like to do stuff for her but sometimes she makes me feel as if she is using me now, I don't know what to do I'm so confused somebody help

Im just wondering, When you become pregnant does your cervical mucas change? Like early on? and ive been having these little pains from my belly button down to you know where. Just kind of off and on they start and stop for awhile not like a constant thing, and i was wondering if anyone has had these before.....ive also noticed my nipples are alot more sensitive but not really sore, maybe heavier, But more then anything they are "popped out"

i sleep longer in the day, i have bloating,some gas,headaches and fevers sometimes but more than normal and whats weird is after hot baths i get dizzy, my eatting change somedays i'm really hunger other times i'm not, lose weight,gain weight, but my periods have been longer usually 3-4 now 6-7 and its heavier, and painful i never had cramps before, but the symptoms i described occured throught out the month not just before a period... so could i still be pregnant i don't think so but sometimes i feel like something is moving inside my belly... i maybe 2 months or something like that(had sex twice in sept ) but when i went to the doc.. they said test would be inaccurate because my period still occurs.... so what do you think......?????

I was fingering my girlfriend once, and she noticed a little bit like a drop of blood the next day. Did her cherry pop? about a month later, we had sex but only the tip of my penis went in, i didn't ejaculate fully, but a couple of drops might have gotten in, could she get pregnant, even if her cherry didn't pop?

Me and my husband are trying to have a baby. I got off birth control about 5 months ago and have and normal periods. Last month's period was Extremely light. I usually am very heavy but it lasted for about 6 days and was just spotting. I took a preg test right before and it was negative. I thought maybe it is the birth control finally trying to get out of my system, but I really don't know. What do you think is going on, and how long did it take you to get preg when you got off birth control. (I was on Alesse 28, it is supposed to be a low-dose) but I have been on and off birth contol for about 5 years. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I will be 37 weeks pregnant on Wednesday, well my husband is in the Army and has to leave for Alaska on October 31st and I will not see him again till I move up there with him. He has been my coach and my everything throughout this pregnancy and I would really like for him to be there... but thats not all. Starting November 3rd my parents will be on trips for the rest of the month so I will have no one to help me if I go into labor, I will pretty much be alone. Now how would I go about asking to be induced? I just moved back home so this Thursday will be my first appointment with this doctor. I am 60% effaced and dialated 1cm.
