Believe it or not a baby can kick around inside you hard enough to crack a rib.
This may have been what happened. Just so happens I have a cracked rib right now and your symptoms sound like what pain I'm going through.
I'd have your doctor check you out when you can.
By the way, I didn't get my cracked rib from being pregnant.

IT COULD BE UP UNDER YOUR RIB CAGE, MY BABY DID THAT TO ME, BUT I WAS ABOUT 28 WEEKS. TRY TO LAY DOWN, OR GET ON ALL FOURS AND STRETCH A LITTLE LIKE A CAT, THIS MIGHT REPOSITION. IF NOT, AND PAIN WORSENS, GO TO DR ASAP.

please go to a doctor right now because that does not sound normal and potentially harmful to you and unborn child.
