Im 9 weeks pregnant and this ear infection is the worst thing ever! I cant eat, open my jaw, lay down or talk. My ear is swollen so bad that it is sticking out of my head. Very painful. I had the same thing 2 months before I got pregnant and I was given Amoxicillin Amox-Clav and Oxycodone. Any doctors or nurses out there??? Is the Amoxicillin or Amox-Clav safe to take. I have tried at home remidies, and aspirin, but NOTHING HELPS! I am in so much pain. I havent gone to my first doctor visit yet because the insurace needs to clear first. So seeing a doctor is not possible until next week. And the pain is so bad I cannot sleep or work. Please help me. Please!

I have been acting really funny lately. Mood swings,hunger all the time,nothing is right. I am not late yet but could I be prego? I have been crying a lot and just been super upset last few days. My boyfriend even asked if I could be prego cuz of the way i been acting. And before anyone judges me I am 26 and have a good job and so does my boyfriend. So I can support a baby and I have a man that will stand by side. My boyfriend is so good to me and I keep blaming him for bull**** stuff and being such a b**** to him.

Its easy to point out who the "little ones" are. In fact very easy. I just signed up to this tonight and I love the answers, the immidiate feedback, and the difference in everyone. What hurts is to see these young girls who are barely old enough to shave their own legs out having sex and getting pregnant. Alot of times I think they want to get pregnant, to keep their boyfriends or to get attention, because babies are so cute right? And they babysit so they will be great parents, right? No, that is what they think! I live in Milwaukee and the amount of barely teenage girls here getting pregnant are unreal!
I'm not sure about everywhere else in this country but these girls seem to think its ok. Imagine your boyfriend at 13-14 could you even think of seeing them in your life now? I wouldnt! I feel sorry for them,but it is so frustrating because of their immaturity. With the questions I see on here.Half of these girls dont even know how babies are made. What do you think?

Serious question. I have heard about woman have uncontrollable bowel movements from pushing. Now this might sound odd but I would like the birth of my child to be recorded, however I do not wish to have a big pooper hanging out at the bottom of the screen. Is this a really common occurance? If so Will I be able to get out of bed to release before its showtime? This is a serious question, so I would appriciate only serious answers. Thank you.

I had my period on 29 May 06(1st day). Then I **** with him on the 10th Jun. I haven get my period till today25/07/06. Experience cramps on the stomach, the 2 side of my ovaries n back pain.. Dunno wat had happen but I have taken the test yesterday n it was neg. So I am not pregrant at all. Is it because of the cyst i had last time that stop my period from coming? Or is the test wrong cos it expires on the July 06? I reali dunno wat is wrong with me... Any comments??

Ok well I watch so much of the Discovery Health Channel it is unreal! I plan on having an epidural when the time comes. (I am only 9 weeks) But I have heard some mixed reviews, persay, on the epidural. What does it feel like? Is the effectiveness really amazing, a huge difference? I really would appriciate the feedback.

yea heres the story, i ended my birth control a month ago on account to switch to the shot form of birth control. during that time, my bf and i had sex( he pulled out which wuldent matter that much i take it) and i still havent had my peiod yet. is it the birth control ending or am i possiblt pregnant?

I have two dogs around my house. Well, one is still a puppy and needs a lot of training. She poops and pees everywhere and the house is starting to smell like it. I thought I was pregnant, but the tests came out negative. But if I was, I would've been 12 weeks. So here's the story. I had to come home from work one day because I was dizzy, nausous, and felt like fainting. As soon as I came home I started crying from the pain I felt all over my body, I had a fever, sweating, chills, major headache, nausea, vomited. I went to sleep for 12 hours and woke my hands looked swollen, and kind of bluish. No discharge though. So dizzy and I wanted to sleep more. The week after that happened I started my period with major clumps in it. I'm not allergic to anything, and didn't have any takeout(poisioning). At the time I was going through major stress at work and home,and drank alot of energy drinks, but that never had any effects. What do think it was?? I thought it could've been a miscarriage.

I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am kinda built small, and not really showing. When I went to the doctor today, the nurse seemed to be concerned that I haven't really felt my baby moving. I mean I could have, but I really don't pay attention. Sometimes I am not sure what is the baby and what is just normal internal movement. Should I be concerned that I am not feeling my babay yet??

Also, the doctor also was concerned about my weight gain. I have only gained 4 pounds so far. The doctor said I should at least have gained close to 10 pounds by now. Has anyone else lost weight or gained it slowly like this??

I got my first ultrasound at what I thought was my 20wk check up to find out that i was actually only 16weeks at the time. When they checked to see the sex of the baby they suggested that we were having a little girl. Is this prediction very accurate or should my husband hold off on the pink paint in the nursery??

With the demanding schedule of being (on reserve) I got called when I was needed and I had to be to the airport within 90 minutes and I had no idea what sort of trip it was going to be. Reserve status can be a very long time. It could be a 4 day trip away from home and I wouldnt know until I got to the airport. SO I quit and went back to my other job, there was a slight delay in the job change, but on reserve I wouldnt have been able to make my prenatal care visits because I would never know when I was in town.
It is safe to fly when pregnant but being on reserve made life hell. I am now 9 weeks pregnant, and my boyfriend is still so furious! I am working my other job now, but Im not in the wrong am I? I did it for the safety of our child and he is making me feel like I let the world down. What do I do? I was the youngest flight Attendant for the company (19) but I am mature, I just cant do everything. Please help. Thank you.

I only have insurance related to my pregnancy so I cant see a regular doctor. I had an ear infection 2 months prior to getting pregnant and I recieved alot of medication from the doctor (when I had insurance) Of these Medications was Amoxicillin, Amox-Clav and Perciset (oxycodone). I have been taking the Amoxicillin assuming it is safe by research I have done online. Are the rest safe?
