Pups can be trained by putting them outside when they wake up & after they eat or drink. Try putting a bell on your door handle.Using a friendly voice say,,want to go outside? They will get used to the routine. As long as you clean up with bleach or a disinfectent,,it should be fine.Dogs imo can be good with children & protect them.Dogs are good to have,,they will tell you when something is wrong or if someone is around. They also help create a homey envirment.Altho never have your child around the dogs food bowl while it is eating & most dogs do not like children pulling on their tails,,lol.

prob not when you are pregnant...
i have heard that it is not good to have cats and dogs with a child in the first year of their life as it can affect their immune system...
dont take my word on this but it was in the papers recently... maybe yo can ask this question or look it up on the internet...
i would try and keep teh dog out of the house... and get someone in to clean the carpets... baby should be fine but it will wear you out and you need to rest !

The odors won't affect the baby, but if they're causing you stress that could be detrimental. Incidentally, the dogs can tell there's something 'different' about you and that can affect their behavior.
The only thing you're likely to get from the dogs that may be harmful is tapeworm. Practice good hygiene, treat for fleas (even if you don't see them) and get the dogs a broad-spectrum deworming.

It shouldn't affect the child to much. If the baby exhibits stuffyness, problems breathing, etc. I'd consider a change of environment.
Otherwise it shouldn't harm the little one.

Crate train you puppy. Be very deligent with taking her out.
REWARD her immediately when she poops or pees outside!
The sooner you get her trained, the happier and more pleasant your home will be!
