I know this is going to sound weird and you probably going to think I am crazy, but it works and you have to try it. Take some water and peroxide and mix it together and then pour it into the ear the one that is bothering you. Keep it there for a few minutes and then tilt your head so it can come out. This works great for swimmers ear and if something might be in there like dirt and etc. You might feel bubbles or a tingling feeling that's normal and this is done a lot in the ER so I am not making this up.
The meds you are taking Amoxicillin is fine, but the rest you can not take it can put you at risk and the baby.

I would advise you to talk with your OB about your problem and prior to taking any type of medication. There is just so much that can affect the fetus that you should not leave to chance. Don't diagnosis your self and seek professional help even if at the local health dept.

I had a really bad ear infection while I was pregnant too. I went to the ER and they referred me to the otolaryngologist (ear nose and throat doctor). He gave me antibiotics over and over again until after the delivery. 3 months later, since nothing will make it go away, I have to have a tube put into my ear in the morning.
I know absolutely nothing about the medications you have mentioned.
Hope yours isnt this bad.
Hope this helped too.

Your obgyn will be able to tell you and write a script for you without having to use a different doctor.
