I know all the recommendations, have read the books and the e-books, but I want to know from the Mammas what you're doing or NOT doing, including if you've become a couch potato when you USED to work out daily...like me. I'm still within my target weight range, but I have 3 1/2 months to go. OF COURSE my main concern is baby, but I was only 21 years old with my 1st and my body was different. GIVE ME DETAILS, details, details!
