most conception takes place 2 weeks prior to your scheduled period.... So if the question is can you have symptoms immediately after conception?? probably not.. But if you are asking you didn't get your menses on the scheduled, then it probably is 2 weeks after conception.. then you can feel the symptoms...

Yes. That's the earliest time you can tell when you are pregnant.
Other symptoms to be able to tell if you are or not:
Sore Breats/Nipples. They are really tender and often hurt to even touch or when you touch them you notice a pain/soreness that was not there before.
Breasts will get bigger, quicker, & notice if your breast size starts to dramatically change.
Nausea. Very Common, and might not occur with everyone but you are most likely to experience this symptom to.
Light Spotting is normal too. You may even appear to get your period but you can still be pregnant.
Take a pregnancy test to be sure.

I believe it is possible.. When I was with my first kid, I started having changes that same month before It was even close to my time of the month.. Just to be on the safe side I would wait intill you are late and then take a test.

No. Now maybe 6 weeks. Although everyone is different - it's still highly unlikely.
