Does your girlfriend have STDs? if not then no... if yes, then I don't recommend it. I knew a guy that got syphillis on his face!

If she has an STD, then you could. It would be on your face though.
If you are worried about it, there are things called dental dams you can get to protect your mouth while doing that.
If she has an STD, I wouldn't want to touch her at all, in a sexual way. There is no 100% effective way to keep from getting an STD, except abstinence.
