I do. It's called mittelschmerz or "middle pain." I talked with my doctor about it and he says it's rare. I have an ovulation tester and its shows when I am ovulating. I always have a pain in my left or right ovaries when I am ovulating. Even before I got the tester I could feel it. Ouch!

Not all women can but some. I feel a mild cramp and I want sex more often during ovulation. But that is only sometimes.

yes its a big percentage that can feel them selves ovulate, im one of them and some r mild pains for some and other is serious pain like i have. it feels as if some one is pulling my insides out of my tail. i take medicine for it .

yep...some women can, some can't. I have never noticed it. I've heard that it just feels like a mild period cramp.

I do, I get this consistent pain in my lower belly, a few days after i find myself wanting sex intensely , also my breasts get bigger and perkier.

Some women do and others don't. I know I can't feel it.
