yes, but remember that the pill is not 100% effective. Women get pregnant every year while taking the pill regularly. PLUS, it doesn't protect against any STD. SO, if you are married, or plan on getting married and don't mind the thought of having a baby and know for a fact both of you are faithful, then go for it! It's a great feeling. ;)

Yes, if they are "standard" partners and they are sure about not having diseases.
But: Be aware that simple diseases like diarrhea or vomiting may set the pill out of function!!!
It's like forgetting it once of often - you are not safe until the next period. Think about.
