We just found out that we are having a little boy.
Although it was very easy for us to pick out a girl name... boy names have been a challenge.

We've come up with Carter Gray as the only name we can agree on :)
I wasn't sure about it at first... I thought it seemed a little too much like the lead star of my mother's soap opera. But it's growing on me.

What do you think?

A bit of an odd question.

Say you were going to have five kids (of course, not all at once), put the following names in order that you'd name your kids. From your first child (which would be your oldest) to the last child (which would be your youngest):

Malakai (male), Damien (male), Scout (female), Lotus (female), Shiloh (male)

I am having a baby girl. We have decided to name her Gabriella...however my fiance wants her middle name to be michelle which I do not like one bit..at all. He is very stubborn on wanting this middle name as its his sisters middle name and it means alot to him. Question is should I just go along w/ him and let him have the middle name or should I stand my ground and say I will not have her middle name be Michellle?

Jameson Roger

Judson Roger

Jaegar (JAY- Gur) Roger

Jaegar Karl

I'd like his initial to be J.R., I want to use Roger or Karl for middle names (they're family names on each side), but they're hard for me to work with

First and Middle name: Male and Female. Obviously the Last R is our last name. I made up my daughters name, and my son name was picked by daddy...so I want to name the last but atleast stay with his theory of RCR

Our baby is due on Valentine's Day, and his name will be Noah. I'm trying to come up with middle names for this and would like some suggestions. Please don't tell me how much you hate that name or that it's over-rated or too popular: it's my husband's middle name and has a lot of meaning for us, and that's what we're going with. I'm not looking for approval, just suggestions! Our last name is Smith, if that helps. Thanks in advance for all answers.

Does anyone else find it annoying and uncreative when parents give all thier kids names with the same letter or name them after themselves? For example: my brother's ex gave all 4 of his kids( i say his b/c she has no custody or visitation rights) K names and the oldest girl was named after her so she could call her "baby kat"! I feel that nameing a child directly after yourself gives the child less of a personal identity. I know the frustration of people sharing names as my father and grandfather are both bills and I'm a billie , my brothers a willie. I'm am just curious of other peoples opinions on this.

I'm going to have a baby girl and am looking for some unique yet pretty names. I am leaning toward old fashioned names like Sophia/Sophie, Grace, Ivy, etc but my boyfriend thinks they are detestable! I also like Shay. Any advice?
