I like Chloe Jane and Elizabeth Ann. Wait, no. I LOVE them.
Libby is cute. So is Betty-but Ugly Betty may have ruined any chance of that coming into vogue.

Chloe Jane - not a fan of either of these
Gabriella Elyse - this is my favorite - love the name Gabriella (or Gabrielle)
Tatum Alexandra - don't like Tatum, but like Alexandra
Elaina Rae - Like Elena (spelling) but not Rae
Elizabeth Ann (probably call her Libby) - don't like Libby, and this seems to be fairly common (overused?)
Emery Brooke - this would be my second choice of those listed

I like Chloe Jane, Gabriella Elise (but the 'y' looks stupid), and Elizabeth Ann. I like Elaina Brooke or Alexandra Brooke, but Tatum, Emery, and Rae are just horrible.
Ellie is a perfectly suitable nickname for Elizabeth. You could also use Ella, Elsie, Liza, Bess, plus the usual Lizzie or Beth.

Wow! Those are all great names. I rarely find a question that lists so many names that I actually like. You couldn't go wrong with any of them. I guess I'll list them in order of which ones I like best, but I really do love them all. Congrats and good luck!
1. Gabriella Elyse - This is absolutely beautiful!
2. Tatum Alexandra - I've always loved Alexandra, and Tatum goes great with it. It is also not quite as popular as some of the other names on your list.
3. Emery Brooke - Emery is a cute name for a girl and you can't go wrong with Brooke. That's my middle name. ;)
4. Chloe Jane
5. Elizabeth Ann
6. Elaina Rae

1. Elizabeth Ann, Classic, and Libby is a cute name a child, and Elizabeth, is a good name for a grow up

I like Chloe but I do not like Jane as the middle name.
I like Gabriella...but I don't like the middle name you've paired it with.
I don't like Tatum Alexandra.
Elaina Rae is okay.
Elizabeth Ann - I like Elizabeth but pairing it with Ann kind of makes it a little boring. Libby/Ellie would be cute names. My daughter has a friend named Elizabeth and she's called Ellie as a nickname.
Emery Brooke - Cute, I guess..but nah.

Mixing them a bit, I like:
Elaina Brooke
Chloe Gabriella
But from your list, probably Elaina Rae or Chloe Jane. Sorry but I'm not very fond of Tatum.
Also, I think Libby or Lizzie is better than Ellie for a shorter version of Elizabeth.

I particularly like Gabriella Elyse!! I'm 37 weeks along with my son, who's name will be Gabriel Charles, and if he had been a girl, I would have named him Gabrielle Diane!
I don't particularly like Tatum ... there is a woman that I know who's son's name is Tatum - so watch out for the "unisex connotation."
In order from greatest to least favorite:
Gabriella Elyse
Chloe Jane ---->
Elizabeth Ann ---> these two are tied for second! :-)
Elaina Rae
Emery Brooke

I prefer Lizzie for a nickname for Elizabeth personally.

They're all fine, though I'm not crazy about Tatum. (It always reminds me of Tater.)
From your list, I like Emery Elizabeth or Elizabeth Emery the best. Libby is a great nickname, too!

Gabriella Elyse-love it! i wanna name my girl Isabella Elise!
Tatum Alexandra-not really my favorite. or should i say my least. not my personal style
Elaina Rae- love this one. i did want to name my girl Alayna Brielle. Now i want to name her Rachel Olivia.=]
Elizabeth Ann (probably call her Libby)-love libby! love it to death! so pretty!
Emery Brooke-so unique. almost like emily. i like emery better! very beautiful. makes you stop and look twice!
Every name except Tatum and Chloe were absolutely fabulous! no lie! the names on baby names today are, surprisingly, absolutely fabulous!!!!
