Brinley.
My kids did not get nick names until they were older. Actually my oldest son made up his and his little bro's nick names. Ton Ton for Easton and Yi Yi for Eli.

To me it depends. Both are sweet names, but Leilani is more pretty and Brinley is more trendy.
I would assume your little girl will take after you... though kids can surprise us!
If you are a girly girl, go with Leilani which is clearly feminine and soft.
If you are more of a tomboy, go with Brinley whic is a very cute androgynous name!
Good names! Either one will be nice!

They're both awful. Leilani is slightly better than Brinley, but not by much. They sound like names for the family dog.

It would help to know the middle name to make a better decision, but based on the info, I love Leilani and would probably call her Lele (lee-lee). I actually would end up calling Brinley Lele too, hah! Good luck, pretty names!

Leilani Christine is the name my friend has picked if she ever has a girl. I think that is much nicer than Brinley myself. You could call her Lani.

If you go with Leilani, you could nickname her "Lani", or if you go with Brinley, her nickname could be "Bri" (pronouncing the I as E).
