I realize that all three of these names are on the top 10 list from 2006. I love the old fashioned and feminine sound of them, but I dont want my daughter to be one of three little girls in her class with the same name. Can you think of some other classic, feminine, 2-3 syllable names ending in "a" that would be unique, but not too unusual or difficult to pronounce?

I think it is unique and different. I don't like average names. I like stuff that's different.

Do you like the name Gemma/Jemma ( Gem/Jem ) ??

It was really popular during the 90's but now it seems that not many people use the name .. most parents name their kids common names like Emma, Catherine, Rebecca .. etc etc.

Just wondered what you think of it ... ?

Thank Youuuu =] xXx

We don't know what the sex of our baby is yet, but we're talking names already. It took until the day of the birth for us to decide on Molly last time and I don't want to go through that again.

1. Oliver David
2. James David

1. Mia Ellen
2. Olivia May

I really like Mia and Oliver the best, but I'm not sure that Oliver goes with David, and we want David as a middle name after both of our fathers.

My husband and I are expecting our second baby any day now. We have picked out the first name (Camryn), but we can't decide if her middle name should be Ashley or Lyndsay...both names work and sound cute. What do you all think?

Whats so wrong with an unusual name? I know there are some silly and hard to spell names, but some are really nice.
