I prefer Alexandra to Alexandrea, but both are beautiful names. I like the nickname Alex, but I like the nickname Allie more.

I like Alexandrea better and Alex is ok for Alexandra but I think Allie/Alli/Ali (however u wanna spell it) is better

Alex is kind of boyish to me- short for Alexander. For a girl I prefer the nicknames Lexi or Alli (Alley)- seem more feminine. A like Alexandra better than the other name.

alexandra and i dont like the nickname alex why give them nicknames when they have names in that case just name her alex.
