My husband and I are expecting our second baby any day now. We have picked out the first name (Camryn), but we can't decide if her middle name should be Ashley or Lyndsay...both names work and sound cute. What do you all think?

Camryn Lyndsay! I love the fact that you are choosing names, that are very unique! Camryn Lyndsay sounds very cute! And I love the fact that they two "y"s kind of go...you know? :) Good luck! And enjoy your new baby!

I like Camryn Lyndsay better but for some reason that first "y" in Lyndsay is really bugging me....I find myself wanting to change it to an "i"

I like both, but if you're deciding Lyndsay, I would change the spelling to Lindsay. I prefer Ashley.

Camryn Ashley is much cuter than Lindsay, and it flows better. Definitely choose Ashley!

Well, they are nice names, but syllable-wise, neither of them go with Camryn. You need either a short one-syllable name (Grace, Sage, etc.) or a two-syllable name with the accent on the second syllable (Marie, Simone, Gisele, etc.) You could also go with a longer name with 3 or 4 syllables (Elizabeth, etc.) but you should never pair a first and middle name with the same syllable and accent pattern. Hope this helps!

I like the name Camryn but i don't like either of those as middle names. Maybe something like Camryn Rose, that's really pretty.
