I'm not pregnant or about to have any children, but I've been thinking alot about what I might want to name my children if I decide to have any in the future. Give me your opinions on these names:

I like the names India Anne, for a girl and Maximo Pheonix for a boy.... Tristan and Troy are just wayyy too common. I pesonally love unique names!

Isolda: Not a good name in this century
Rose: Ok
India: Not great
Anne: Very plain

Tristan: Love it
Keanu: Hate it
Troy: Ok
Augustus: You're trying way too hard with that one
Maximo: No. Nickname: Maxim. Not a good idea
Phoenix: Comic book superhero name

Wow, those are intersting names, I like the Isolda Rose best in the Female names, and the Troy Augustus in the male names. Not a big fan of Maximo Phoenix.

if my mom named me Isolda i might have to kill her. no joke. Being named after a forein country... not the best either. Tristan.. good Keanu ? are u serious
Troy... common but better than Maximo Augustus and Phoenix come on are u naming ur kid in the 1800's?!

I absolutley don't like Augustus because it reminds me of a fat mouse in Cinderella, and Augustus Gloop in Willy Wonka in the Chocolate Factory. The only ones I like are :
Isolda Rose * (keep in mind it's "I Sold A Rose"
Tristan Troy or Troy Tristan.

As long as you don't have twins and name them Tristan and Isolde, you should be fine, LOL...

I was wondering how come there are no kids named Keanu. I like that name!!

India Anne sounds like one of those pretend fortune tellers at the fair who are white girls trying to sound exotic and mysterious.

Isolda Rose is nice, but I prefer the spelling Isolde, like the actual myth.

As for Troy Augustus, that is a very nice, strong name. Maximo Phoenix, not so much...

Isolda - absolutely not
India - no
Tristan - ok but not a fan of Keanu
Troy - ok but hell no on Augustus
Maximo Phoenix - why would you put your child through this

For the Girl Definatly India - thats so unique and for the boy, its got to be Tristan

I like Troy Augustus. Troy is common but Augustus is unique and very strong sounding!
