I was thinking about the name Urban for a boy or a girl. I have never heard of this name before. What do you think? Is it so unique that it is wierd? The name means "from the city". I do live in Phoenix, AZ. So, such a name would be fitting.

For example, Ashley, Brittany.

Does anyone else feel this way?

I have heard a story (not sure if it is true) of the woman who named her kids Lemonjelo and Orangelo because she saw Lemon and Orange Jello on her lunch menu. Any worse than these?

That's what my husband & I have chosen to name our son. He'll be here in about 5 - 6 weeks. Harriman (pronounced hair -a - mun) is a family name. And we've always liked the name Nathanial, well I like Nathan better. It's normally spelled Nathaniel but that's too many vowels for me to remember! And since he'll go by Nathan, we will still be able to find things with his name on it. My sisters and cousins have decided that they will call him Nate Dog!

We are definately naming him Nathanial Harriman, but am just wondering what people think of it.

If you don't like it or just don't like one of the names what's your suggestion?

And for a boy - Kaden, Matthew, Benjamin and Aiden.

I asked a question earlier about nicknames for myself. My name is Emily and I'm so sick of being called "Em" or "Emmy". Those names are okay, but I just figured it'd be good to try out a different nickname. I asked everyone to come up with some nicknames for my name, and here's what I've narrowed it down to:

Elle
Lily
Milly
Ella

Which one do you like best? Also, if you have any other suggestions feel free to post them. Thanks!

What I found out is that it was the name of a Brythonic woman Onnen Greg back in the 5th - 7th century. The meaning is ash trees.
It is also related to the welsh name of Trefonnen which means tref (town) onnen (ashes).
There is no relation to Onan at all as I knew their never was.
Besides how can she spill her seed all over the ground?
anyways if you guys want to go and see on your own the site is:
