I like the sound - I guess I'd never though of changing the spelling - Deeannah, Deannah... I just don't want to drop the h.

I know someone named that, it's okay, I don't like how you spell it though, it's way too long. What about these. . .
Deanah
Deianah
Deannah
Deana
Deanna

I do have a friend named Deonna, but I dont really like that name. It may look better spelled with just one E. Deannah

My name is Anna ;)
Don't care much for Deeannah though.
Deanna looks a lot better than Deeannah...

How about Diane, Diana, Desiree, Anna, Hannah, Aiyannah, Danah

it's cute but i'm just throwing this out there what do you think of Megan Deeannah? or the plan old name Deeannah sounds cute, just make sure you got a middle name picked out for her that flows with Deeannah and you have to think about how a girl around 10 years old would like that name just a seggestion don't have to take it!!

I like the name and how it sounds, but it looks too long with too many E's and too many N's. You could try to hyphenate it.

Alternative spelling-

Dee-anna
Deanna
DeAnna
DeAnnah

i like it but i think you should spell is either deannah or deeanah, that way you don't have double e and double n.

my friends name is DeAnne
If you want it to be pronounced Dee-anna, spell it DeAnna, it's prettier and easier to pronounce.

Please no! My parents names are Charles Dean and Diana Leigh. They named me Deana Leigh, pronounced Dean-a. Try making it two words. Dee Annah or DeeAnnah.

I love it!!
its modern with the Dee and not so modern with Anne so the best of both worlds.

I think you should def. name your daughter that.
