Isn't this Republican code for "I like workers who have no job protection and being able to send more American jobs to third world countries"?

-First, we find out that Rudy Giuliani (the only Republican who can challenge and out "liberal" Hillary) was using about $450,000 in taxpayer funds for weekend trysts with his mistress in 1999-2000.

-Next when Huckabee starts to surge in the polls, we find out that he petitioned the parole board for an early release of the man who raped Bill Clinton's distant cousin. That man went on to rape and murder another woman and has become Huckabee's "Willie Horton."

-Then Obama (who is her main Democrat challenger) is a former cocaine fiend and drug dealer from Chicago's South Side.

-Finally, we find out through the National Enquirer (supporters of Hillary) that her surging rival, John Edwards, may have fathered an illegitimate love child.

Who is next in Hillary's cross hairs?

Who do you think is 'ducking' the most right now and/or waiting for the other shoe to drop?

The U.S. Senate's Committee released a report about hundreds of scientists who dispute the "Man Made Global warming" claim and crushes this so called consensus touted by the U.N. and Al Gore. Apparently the wool has been pulled over the world's eyes forcefully. These scientists have come forward despite threats to destroy their career halt funding and even physical harm. These threats were made by the "man-made" global warming community.

My second question, if the Man-made globalwarming community have the truth why would they have to resort to these tactics to stop the debate?

My third question, for all of your who were decieved how do you feel now?

The global warming question is still not answered all I ask for is if their is a dispute the there should be a public debate!!!!

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Imagine this scenario: Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama get elected, and within six months, they locate and apprehend Osama bin Laden.

What would the Republican reaction be?

(And assume that I accept that all you right wing extremists will resort to name-calling and childish retorts in response to this question... I'm interested in hearing serious answers to this hypothetical scenario.)

I was reading an article regarding the old style incadessant light bulbs and, their ultimate demise. Is this a wise move? I have the energy efficient ones outside and they take forever to light up in the cold. I also put one in my fridge, I might as well have nothing. With all this environmental friendly bs are we taking a step backwards?

They seem to have a systemic hatred of pensions in general, but this is really bad. Why is that?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7153401.stm

The government has rejected a plan to let women boost their state pensions by buying up to nine years' worth of extra National Insurance (NI) contributions.

In July, the government indicated it would probably support this, so women could make up for years spent at home looking after children or relatives.

Now the idea has been dropped, angering pension campaigners.

The charity Help the Aged was equally upset.

"In what amounts to an abuse of Parliament, the government has reneged on a promise to help millions of women and carers reaching state pension age between now and 2010," said Anna Pearson, the charity's policy manager .

"The decision... is effectively a stab in the back for women and carers," she added.

I dreamt we were friends. We were travelling around the country. She was campaigning and I was trying to talk some sense into her. It was like talking to a brick wall.

Oh, and there was a side plot about trying to get her to introduce me to Jack Black, whom in real life I don't find all that interesting. I mean, he's ok, but I'm not a fan. I have no idea what his politics are either.

What the heck does all this mean!!??

Do people (mostly Conservatives) who bash the "Democratic" controlled Congress understand how our government works? Do they understand that a majority of 1 in the Senate is not Veto proof? Do they know what a fillibuster is?

I've seen a lot of people whine that "if Clinton had taken care of Osama when he had the chance, 9/11 wouldn't have happened."

First of all, that is most probably not true. Secondly, I won't even get into the whole CONGRESS-WOULDN'T-LET-HIM thing. My question is much simpler.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that Bill Clinton is completely to blame for the fact that Osama bin Laden hates the U.S.

Does that mean there's no more terrorism? Does finding an American target for our blame (instead of what seems obvious to me - BLAMING THE GUYS WHO DID IT) solve something? If so, what?

I'd really like to understand what it is people think blaming Clinton accomplishes.

Clinton bashers can leave now

Editor:

To those who have threatened to leave the country if Hillary Clinton won the presidency, you may as well leave now. It is likely to happen, and if you left now, we could once again be a country of loving, compassionate, non-judgemental, caring people.

The last of the 30 percent who still support the most damaging, inept, greedy, war-mongering, imperialistic president the world has ever known will be gone. You could even move to what was once the Soviet Union, where they're used to that type of leadership.

I hear over and over again the Bush is an idiot and he shouldn't have gone into Iraq. Well then tell me what should have he done instead? Should he have left Saddam in power? Should he have left Iraq as a breeding ground and training center for terrorism? I have heard no alternatives in fighting terrorism from the Democrats. Just shouting for Bush's head, even though they all voted for it.
