While everyone is focused on Mexico, have any of you realized just how hard it is to get OUT of America and into Canada? Remember the magicians trick. Focus on the bright shiny object, "illegal" immigrants, and while you are focused on a bunch of non-sense the trick in done. Closing the borders.
It should be of no surprise, in the 50's, scientists told the government to prepare for the eventual energy crisis. And in the 60', 70's, 80's, 90's, but no one listened, didn't want to spend "my tax dollars." Last week I heard a Republican talk about the exciting "NEW" energy ideas the Republican admin had come up with....Which is exactly what happens when people do not heed educated people. The politicians use it as a platform, which is exactly what the "wall" is about. So how many think the draft is coming back? How many of you think your daughters as well as your sons are going to be sent to fight?

I really think that the propaganda re: our Prez is unfair. He really is a kind and compassionate person. LIBERALS don't like him(duh) but why do Europeans HATE him so much?? Also, will you guys EVER like one of our presidents as much as Americans like Tony Blair? THANKS!

The engine that was found was only 3 feet in diameter. Not only is it nearly impossible for those Rollys Royce engines to melt but they are a lot bigger than 3 feet.

I still see people with 'veterans support Kerry' or 'W 04'. The election is over. We are now looking to the future.

So does anybody else think these people should have to serve community service if they have old political stickers 1 year after the election?

As a congressman, I seem poised to lose this November.
I still have a chance to approve a chemical plant in my district.
It's way under environmental health code. It will probably ruin the wildlife for miles around for the next 30 years and destroy the health of the citizens of the local town for the next 2 generations.
But someone has offered me $150 000 to approve the permit without going through the normal channels.
What should I do?

-Should I spend my money on making a come-back in 2010, or get out of this game and buy a yatch?

I've noticed that many people are accusing Micheal J Fox of supporting politicians. Almost all of them are republicans.

Are people no longer allowed to stand up and say they support this issue anymore or something? What is immoral about it? Or is it just republicans being hypocrits in that they have had similar support from many a people in the last two decades as well?

Oh, and by the way Micheal J Fox would suffer his muscles freezing up if he wasn't taking his meds, the exact opposite that Rush Limbaugh is claiming as fact. His uncontrollable muscles are more due to the meds than the disease.
