It seems to me, that all the Republicans I know fit either one or more of those categories. I also find it interesting that NY and Calif., who are at the highest risk for "terrorist" attacks, vote Dem all the time. What are your thoughts? And if you are a R that doesn't fit my above stereotype, please enlighten me. Thx!

According to Republicans terrorism is something that is rooted in Islam and is funded by the Islamic fundamentalists from Muslim countries in the Middle East. The Middle East has no economy other than the export of oil and therefore the money used to finance terrorists comes from the sale of oil. So when a person supports Bush and his policies that increase the price of oil they are supporting the increased profits of those same Middle Eastern countries that finance terrorism. When Republicans drive vehicles that get 10 mpg they are supporting the terrorists. When Republicans do not support the search for alternative sources of energy they support the terrorists. When Republicans support Bush they support terrorists. Republicans are willing to give up civil liberties to fight terrorism and they are eager to pay for this loss of rights at the pump and Bush and his oil buddies get rich. Why do Republicans support terrorism?

for nothing more than an answerer saying that they are liberal or conservative? Shouldn't rating someone down be used for wrong answers, or things that are totally off topic?

I hear people compare Iraq to the threat of the Wehrmacht and Imperial Japanese Army in WWII. REAL threats.Axis powers who were well on their way to conquering the world.

Did Iraq even bomb us on 9/11? Had they conquered Western Europe and had their sights on us next? What gives with the Hitler/Islamofascist comparisons? On a threat scale it's about Hitler 100, Islamo-nuts 5. They are fleas.

Why did we even start this Iraq war?

What was the reason?

when they dare suggest that government policy should be based on the well-being of our nation and its citizens rather than the bottom-line profits of corporations?

They will go on for hours with their protests, gay rights rallies, and freedoms there. But when they disagree with something that is said they will try to censor it.

Why do they seem to support freedom of speech ONLY as long as they agree?

Some say it was the height of composure-compassion. Not wanting to disturb grade schoolers while the nation was under attack.

Others saw it as the height of incompetence and lack of leadership in a moment of national crisis.

Which was more important at that moment? The feelings of the kiddies, or the security of the rest of us 300 million Americans?

I mean, if I was told my kid broke his arm at school I would have bolted from that classroom in 2 seconds. Let alone hearing that the nation was under attack.

who present one side of the story. Have you heard about the extensive criminal backgrounds of the thugs involved? Probably not, at least I haven't. Anyway, the simmering anger seems to want blood (not justice, blood) and the threats of riot is strong in the air as we saw in LA in '92, Detroit, Watts etc. It's always the same story really. Black neighborhoods provide the least tax revenue per 1,000 people yet utilize the BULK of the police, fire and ambulance services. Maybe the reason there are always police incidents involving blacks is because police are always interacting (mostly) with blacks. Meanwhile race baiting pimps like Sharpton and Jesse J fan the flames for their own betterment in the name of justice. The net effect is that when you weaken a police force you weaken a nation. Do you agree with this viewpoint?

Look at this picture. It is a picture of George visiting the UK. He is wearing the glasses and hat as a disguise so he can go out into public without being bothered.
