millions keep their jobs ONLY because it provides them healthcare, how does this increase productivity?...it doesnt. they would take another job if they didnt lose their healthcare, making that job available to someone who's actually interested in that work.

with all of the stupid people in this country i only want out. I am moving and not looking back. i had a sub at school today and he was talkin about how u.s. money is based on debt and is unconstitutional. and prices keep goin up because the dollar is worth less and not because other things are worth more. and how the u.s. is going to go through hyperinflation within the next 10 years. and how china has like bilions of dollars in u.s. money and they're not doing anything with it and then they're gonna decide they want gold and all of that money will come back to the u.s. and the prices will skyrocket because the dollar is worth less.

I'm Canadian- so do I say something like "Thanks to the Americans in Afganistan- who motivated NATO to send an international military force there- we have more than just the Taliban to fight... Thats right! Yet another Canadian troop was killed this week when his unit- deep into a fight with the Taliban- was bombed by an American jet!!! Keep bombing us- what is it- five dead due to friendly fire from the Staes. Keep killing us and we will keep fighting to protect your lies!!!"

I was travelling to North Dakota for a flight back to Detroit. It was a slow night and it seemed as though the 4 border guys on duty just pulled me over because they had nothing better to do. It is a shame when security FEARS cause a country to start treating their friends like enemies. I suspect that North Dakota got some extra anti-terrorism funding and are trying to justify it. Make work projects never fill a person with an inherent sense of dignity. If you start turning Canadians into enemies, who will be left to be your friends?
PS I cancelled a later trip to the US because I don't need to put up with that garbage.

The dodgy dossier was obviously a blatant lie and indicative of the dishonest spin (lies) from Blair. 'Intelligence' reports were changed to give the impression that WMD were a threat. Dr Kelly, an expert, who stated that WMD was not a threat, was falsely discredited and hounded to suicide or murdered (His educated friends stated that his autopsy was a stitch up). Then the Attorney General - who had advised Blair in writing that war was illegal (and has not actually changed that advice) was leaned on & his written opinion spun out of context with the Attorney General apparently involved in the sleight of hand (but stopping short of an actual lie).

The UN did not authorise war and the stipulations for a legal war were never met. The argument that a lawful war is one that is just, prudent or humanitarian war does not make it legal. Fact: It is an illegal war and as such is a bone fide war crime. The war is not even just, prudent or humanitarian.
