Check out libertarians (although you may not agree with that much personal freedom):

You sound more liberal based on your "better distribution of wealth" idea. That is a socialist idea. I'd have to hear how you are conservative on social issues to sway it the other way.

Do you believe in welfare programs to help those truly in need? Is it just a pro-life stance that makes you think you are a conservative? You need to elaborate on social issues.

Indie??

You shouldn't let one issue decide what party you belong to. You need to look at the whole of what the party stands for and then decide.

Abortion is a settled issue-- Its not going to change.

Sounds to me like you're closer to a D than an R based on the issues/positions you stated. You don't sound like a liberatarian as you are seeking more gov involvement in certain areas.

Well, certainly NOT the libertarian party, which would pretty much believe the opposite of you. (For they are liberal on social issues, and against wealth-redistribution.) No obvious party fits your set of views. Independent status would work.

McCain isn't a economic conservative so why might you opt to vote for him. Barr is the only economic conservative. My wager is your a republican who will purely vote republican whatever. As for being social liberal is humorous. No social liberal might vote McCain a individual who purely cares some maximum suitable wing schedule and getting rid of rights. answer is a republican whether it skill watching the financial gadget pass down the drain.
