Did Clinton's affair affected the economy, your personal pocket and goals more than the Irak, Afganistan, Oil prices, unemployment and all the Bush contributions? Forget about political parties just for once, just be honest, we know Kerry was a moron but wouldn't you wish for a different candidate and situation?

Lieberman has been in government before. He served twice under Sharon, but was sacked for his "population swap" ideas and for opposing the disengagement from Gaza. The fact that Sharon's successor has brought him back, this time as a deputy prime minister, shows how far to the right Israel's policy makers have moved, even as progressive Israelis feel increasingly sickened by the musical chairs at the top. Recent corruption and sex scandals had already tarnished the image of the political class.

It makes no sense. Tax REVENUE is up, unemployment is down, wages are up - - - even if you believe that "only the rich benefited," it is undeniable that it didn't COST ANYONE ANYTHING.

So, if people can keep more of the money they earned, and their reinvestment of it actually INCREASES federal revenue, that doesn't leave a reason to oppose the tax cuts, unless you just want to "stick it to the rich" not to help anyone else but simply for its own sake, out of pure envy...... which, given the high degree of economic mobility in this country, might, even if you're not rich now, be cutting off your own nose to spite your face!

Even in the first flush of struggle, poor people do not immediately think that they themselves can take the reigns of power. At first, they look for new, better rulers. Hence, as struggle unfolds, it becomes necessary for the most radical sections of the class to organize and try to influence the rest of the class in a socialist direction.

We are now the highest paying tax payers in Europe (many of them stealth taxes).
Our Pensions are going down the tubes.
Our debts are going through the roof.
Our Health Service is crumbling. Hospitals wards closing, down sizing and removal of services.
Our education standards are falling.
The list goes on and on and on.

Both he and Gordon Brown have pumped billions of pounds into many of the above, with no improvements.

There have been more negatives than positivises in my opition.
