Jobs in various states?

I ahe noticed that some of the states, Commonwealths in this country are "AT WILL " Employment. I Am trying to write to my congress persons to try to change this. How would YOU write this type of letter

At will is a scary concept but it protects you, too. You can leave a job anytime. And while it gives employers the right to kick you out, most people are decent enough.

Anyway, most of us end up switching jobs every so often anyway.
