My bro got a job in Hong Kong. Now, since Hong Kong Govt. is not issuing HK ID, the company is asking him to get a DH (Domestic Helper) Visa and come. What I want to ask is :
Does having a DH Visa effects your entry to other countries on different kinda Visa ???
Wat pluses and minuses does a DH Visa have ???
Kindly Help !!
Also, please let me the website where I can get all the relevant info on this.

last time i came there they asked me to show them my transcript i showed them the real one but it wasnt sigurted or stamped, and they believed it well it was a copy of the real one tho what about this if i brought a fake one without a stamped or sigture they will never find out riiiiiiiiiight ? its not like they goin to school here and ask them about it right?

last time i came i was rejected because my college grades here are low. however, ive been accepted to a university in the US. but next time in my visa interview im plannin to not show them my transcrips and just show them my high school degrees which are good, and tell them Ive been working with my father for two years without a contract(so cant show a paper) and i was busy doing my english courses here and I got TOEFL !!, would it work ?

my bf is a moslim from india. he and i would like to get married at least thru civil wedding but the thing is that he is only coming to philippines in a short period of time because he only has a tourist visa.he is suggesting to marry in moslim rites but i want civil wedding because he said if we marry in moslim rites, i would not be able to have conjugal property with him or my future baby daughter. only sons get inheritance...?

I'm 20, in college in the UK. My Mother and younger brother and sister live in Texas. My mother and I are best friends and talk over the phone once a week. I haven't been able to get into contact with her for a month. I've been told that's she's moved with her boyfriend (Whom I've never met) to Oklahoma and withdrawn my siblings from school and thats she doing drugs now. I've phone the police and U.S embassy and they can't file a missing persons report, known of her friends knows where she is, and I don't know what to do. How long will it take for the marriage which is already performed to get it registered in court?In Gujarat? We want our marriage certificate ASAP so that I can apply for UK Visa after marriage and later for PR. What documents we both require? I'm an Austrian/American citizen (dual citizenship) and I need a new Austrian passport to go back this Winter and work.

I would like to know how long it takes for me to get the passport here, so I can tell if it would be faster for me to get it while I'm here or if it'd be faster if I got it over there in a month.

Hi, I just applied for a new philippine passport since my passport is about to expire on November 7.

Now, I'm supposed to leave on December 16 and I just mailed my passport this previous week, October 19 to be exact. What I'm worried about is the length of time the process will take.
I'm really trying to rush the process as much as I could.

I would like to know how long the process takes, and if it's longer than 2-3weeks, I would also like to know if there's a way that I could cut it short. I really need to get my passport done by November. Thank you.

Please note that I'm applying for a Philippine passport and not a U.S. one so maybe anybody who had been in the same situation could share how he was able to resolve it. Thanks again. Any other useful information would be nice.

Hi all..
My man is from Bangladesh. He now work at Dubai. I am Indonesian. We want to get Marriage License.

But we are so confusing with different procedure from my country nor his country.
I ask local at indo, they said, He must bring : 1>marriage ability certificate, 2>domicile certificate, 3>birth certificate, 4>religion certificate, 5>work paper

N when he ask to embassy at dubai, he being suggested to come to ministry of home affairs (?). or try to arrange matter for his mariage ability certificate at his country, bangladesh. It made him headeache coz he is in contract job at dubai. but we also damn want to get that Marriage License. He also doesnt hv family there at Bangladesh to ask to arrange for him.
The Questions :
1) what is the exact papers should we prepare to get marriage licences?
2) is there anyone who knows contact nice person (Yahoo Messenger) of Bangladesh Embassy, Bangladesh Ministry of Home Affair, Religion Affairs.. & from Dubai & Indo. Plz Share plz.

i got married to this wonderful 40 year old cambodian woman/ she has two wonderful daughters 13 and 12 years old i have called my senator/ just says state dept processing then last week i called state dept they finally said on there last step to verify that my wife is truly divorced/ but they said we do have papers showing her divorce as of 2001??? it has been 6 months since interview at embassy in cambodia still no visas
