You could probably be contracted on a case by case basis, generally through cut-outs, but until you had tangible ties to Israel, anything else would be highly unlikely.

The Mossad is quite a large, sprawling organisation so many people work for Mossad in the fields of data handling etc after taking night classes in Israel to learn skills and earn classification credentials.

People have a much easier time joining Mossad where they have a loyalty to Israel if this is rare where they live (virtually anywhere except Israel, US, Canada, UK, France) as this helps Mossad maintain a global reach.

To help gain ties it is possible to serve with the Israeli army as an volunteer in logistics, technical support, catering or labour in the Occupied Territories via a scheme called Sar El.

If you think inelligence is a game, the Mossad will be intelligent enough to know that you're not a good candidate.

You must be a die hard Israelite if you wanted to join the Mossad.

They may. But if the US government ever finds out you will go to prison for a very long time.
