I am an African Amerian male. I have often wondered why do my ethnic group thinks the Clintons are God sent. As a person who excelled in college; I realize that the beauty of an education taught me how to think. This means I am not to be pigeonholed into believing that I should vote for a democrat SIMPLY because I am black. Equally, I am not to be pigeonholed into believing that White Republicans are evil and White Democrats are next to Jesus. Somewhere, we fell off the wagon and bumped our heads. Listen, Hillary is not your sister!! Bill is a country boy who has gotten the ride of a lifetime, and Hillary is a lying spoiled brat who has demaned that things go her way since birth. It is time that we stop the dumb stuff!!. The Clintons are not in love with us negroes any more than they are with hispanics. They are using La Raza as a means to an end.

As blacks, we must stop looking for masters. The Clintons' now have illegals to work on their plantations.

Well there were ten police vans, 6 police horsemen and umpteen foot police for the demonstrations. Police security at all entrances of the airport whilst protestors danced and played music in the streets. Maybe...just maybe...the police could have been used somewhere else so perhaps its a good thing they werent needed for an emergency.

Yes, I'm an American, and I care deeply about what's going on beyond our borders. But it's no surprise that most Americans have no idea what's on the outside.

Question: Why are people in this country so ignorant, they couldn't pass a basic civics quiz, let alone know much about the rest of the world? Why do silly things like celebrity hijinks matter more? And what does this mean for the future of the republic?

Personally, I feel blessed to have been born in the U.S.
What are you willing to do for the U.S. - Run for a political office (on a local, state or national level); volunteer your time to work on a political campaign, accept a loss of some of your civil rights to improve Homeland Security; join the military, participate in Teach America, volunteer for a charity (local or national), give money to charities - anything else you are willing to do?

Do you think it is ok to complain about problems in the U.S., but take no action to improve things?

When I select the Best Answer, I will tell you what I have done for my country.

I would like to know how many people who complain on here vote. I'm willing to bet that a good number of the people who complain here don't vote because they are afraid of getting jury duty....

The Blair government passed special legislation just to target him, unsuccessfully. Now the Greater London Authority and the police are trying to get rid of Brian's supporters.

I was just wondering if anyone agreed with me in that i think its absoultly absurd that people actively give to animal charities when there are people starving all over this world!

Im all for stopping cruelity against animals, but at the end of the day who really cares when there are people in need!

There was a day when labor unions were needed, however, all the necessay laws have been changed and their original purpose is extinct, yet labor unions won't go away.

There were horrific time, when civil rights laws were needed to protect minorities, however all the necessary laws were changed long ago, yet thing like affirmative action, won't go away.

If liberals followed Dr King's message & God's message, to love one another, heal wounds, bring people together and make racism an attocity of the past, instead of practicing the business of "getting even" we could have racial harmony.

If liberals proclaim they really want to end racism, why do they pervert the message of Dr King and support race baiters, reverse racism and constantly regurgitate sins from long ago, to keep alive the perception that civil rights laws have yet to be corrected, when we all know they have been, long ago.

Are liberals in the business of getting even? Do liberals really oppose racial harmony?

I know the Jews resent all the murders that happen to their people.
The Moslems hate all their killers and persecutors, and also the tendency to take their land and give it to Israeli's.
Can they ever live peacefully together?

Upon graduation, and after a couple years of corporate work to earn my CPA, I would like to do more service oriented work for my country for a few years, and then go back to school to get my doctorate.
Does anyone have any experience and knowledge about being in the Army or Reserves (like the Civil Affairs branch) vs something more like the Peace Corps.
Maybe a little something more then, "NPOs give people fish, the Army shows people how to fish."
Well, thanks for any insight!
