Has anybody actually saw a death certificate that states that the cause of death was lung cancer caused by second hand smoke?
Banning smoking in bars is rediculous.. It should be up to the owner of the establishment to decide whether or not smoking is allowed.

they tried to cover up by killing you, would you go public and tell the secrets that they tried to cover up - bearing in mind the bad guys are still there - or would you try to forget about your previous life altogether? It would be earth shattering news if i told you who i am / was...and i can prove it as well!

I’ve heard some of our leaders, like Bush, Rice, Rummy and Co. say we are faced with a bigger threat than we’ve ever known before, worse than Russian nukes, worse than the Axis of the Nazi’s and Imperial Japanese threat of the late thirties and forties.

Don't you think we should keep that 8Mil in America helping Americans instead of wasting it on some BULLSHIT was in Iraq and Afghanistan..
C'mon now it is BS if we are really looking for Osama or trying to really stop terrorism I think our military and weaponary is strong enough to do it in a heartbeat. It should not take is 3 ******* years!!!
Not to mention the technology we possess.

I live in NYC. I don't eat many trans-fats. But when I want a donut or french fries, I like knowing they're an option I can have as a free adult citizen. I *hate* the nanny state.

Did anyone else think that Annie Nicole Smith`s baby`s father was her attorney?....I had thought this, but this morning I read it is the case.
A lawyer for Anna Nicole Smith said Tuesday that he was the father of the reality TV star's newborn girl,

Stern said he and Anna Nicole Smith had been living together in the Bahamas, and planned to stay in the island chain long term and marry "at some point."

In recent weeks in the UK, we have witnessed a few cases of viscious dog attacks. Many victims have been seriously injured and others mauled to death. This needs to stop. What needs to be done to solve this ever-growing problem? Is it the owner's fault? Should there be a pet-owner law to be introduced? Should these crazed animals be put down? People comment as there pets as "one of the family" and "he/she wouldn't hurt a fly". Let me know of your thoughts.
