In the Panorama interview. When asked how the mystery man was carrying the child, Jane Tanner appears to slip up. She says " I was carrying (not he was carrying) it sort of across the body like this. O'Brien was absent for most of the meal. He claims his daughter was sick and he had to change the sheets yet Mark Warner staff found no evidence to support this ie, dirty or wet sheets. There are reports that the sniffer dogs found the trace of death in another of the apartments, the Tanner/O'Briens had the apartment next door. It is Jane Tanner who has pointed the finger at Murat even though the description she gave police of the mystery man bears no resemblence to him. (she says she remembers that the man had long hair, Murat has his hair cropped) she has changed her statement at least twice.
Do you not find it chilling to hear her say that SHE was carrying the child across her arms. check it out.

Few, as we know, have dared to challenged Team McCann in public, Kate and Gerry's lawyers have threatened legal action time and again against anyone or anything that does not adhere to their version of the disapearance of Madeleine. But one loan voice stands out above the fear, Robert Murats lawyer, Mr Pagarete, is telling it like it is to Kate and Gerry - "What they deserve is for somebody to curse them, to make them pay for having left three children unprotected." "On top of it all they have bank accounts which are stuffed full...who abandoned three children and who daily swan around the streets".

Three cheers for Mr Pagarete, its about time someone stood up to the thugs and bullies in Team McCann ?

No kiddin'.....I watched all the network news, FOX, CNN and a couple of cable programs today. Zero! I read two seperate newspapers....the Arizona Republic and US News Today.....zip about the war that had any real depth. At best there was a short clip showing the same marines knocking down the same door that they've shown at least a hundred times. Good or bad, what kind of reality is happening there for our billion borrowed dollars a day? Any ideas?

Goodsearch.com is a Yahoo search powered search engine.
It brings up the same quality results as the regular yahoo.
The difference is, for every search, they donate one cent to the charity of your choice.
Think of how many google/etc searches you make a day. How many your friends make. How many the world makes.

Make your next search, a goodsearch.

My searches are being donated to War Child :)

I havent heard too many people talking about this and I have been tryin to research it for about a week now and I cant find nothing! I dont know her last name or anything like that just that her name is Amanda and she has a son who had been staying with her mother! I havent seen or spoken to this girl at all lately and I dont know why someone would make this up! But My boyfriend knows nothing about it! And no one who lives around him does either! But all of her friends is saying it is true! They gave me the name of the guy who supposedly did it! And he is in jail now for murder! I just need to know if it was her! I need more information to believe it! I am finding myself constantly thinking about it! Her friends say the girls mother doesnt know! Please if you know something about my friend, let me know!

Currently, as we speak, a man on Death Row in Alabama has been denied a DNA test that could exonerate him, yet the United States Supreme Court has denied his request for a DNA test against the accusers rape kit that was taken in 1982.

This Man has been in jail from 1982 until now and is scheduled to be executed Dec 6th 2007-that is next week.

All levels of our (USA) JUDICIAL SYSTEM HAS DENIED HIS REQUEST TO A DNA TEST that could prove him innocent.

Help save this mans life from Murder. Watch this video and be sick from what is happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8-YBISH0gU

I need some good sources for a debate (New York Times, BBC, Aljazeera, Los Angeles Times...etc.).

Please don't include links to blogs, or bias sources like Alternet and the Huffington Post.

I've already done the pro-side since the mainstream media is so pro-Iranian war. It's hard to find articles that portray Iran positively or a potential war as counterproductive or dangerous.

Person with best article/s will be chosen for best answer.

I really need your help.
Thanks,
Ace

So you tiny little ACLU people couldn't ruin the Christmas Holiday for the citizens of Ft Collins.
How very unfortunate for you. :D
Don't worry, you've still got a few activist lawyers and judges you can count on in other areas of the country. :D
". . . Let the hate flow through you!" :D

Is Annapolis purely a George Bush event, which everybody else comes merely to provide a background, in face of Bush's present and future fiascos in Iraq and Iran?

There is no talking about the core issues, nor a timetable for the next stages after the conference, and it is not sure who would come and for what purpose, other than to be photographed. Is the aim of getting photographed worthy of making of so much fuss?

There is so much disastrous between the Israeli and Palestinian bridegrooms and brides, that even small differences would loom large. And if the worst happens and there will be no agreement achieved, what then? We already have bitter experiences of earlier occasions.

In ref to the (hidden) pro-war agenda article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071127/ap_on_re_us/us_iraq_poll

And you think it's simply a coincidence that Yahoo hasn't been posting news about deaths, casualties, or negative events in Iraq anymore? What kind of effect does pro-war propaganda in the pro-war media have on many Americans, especially at this time of the year when most people could care less about another dead Iraqi child killed in a bombing raid?

Look at the photo with the caption that reads: "Americans are growing increasingly optimistic about developments..." This is total trash because in surveys, it is not the question as much as how you ask it that can determine (and predetermine) responses. Did they even ask the question: Has the American military made the Middle East in countries like Iraq more secure? What about: Is the American military presence in Iraq helping or hurting the national economy in terms of oil prices and military expenditure?
