How old are you? Where do you live? I'd say go to the Movies, Niagara Falls, the Bar or celebrate it on the weekend to go to a club. What about a Comedy Club? If you are younger, try Bowling or Laser tagging.

Celebrate the life that God gave you. Enjoy your day doing things that make you happy.
Also if your mom is still alive or you know where she is take her a rose and thank her for giving you life. If she doesn't live close send her flowers or give her a call and tell her you love her. After all it's a celebration day for her too. :)

Happy Birthday... First thank God for another year of your life... Thank your parents with regards to all the sacrifices that they have done for you...Thank your friends... Spend your anniversary together with your family... i mean if you already have a wife and children or spend it with your best buddies...you can buy stuff for yourself if you want...just pamper yourself...and be happy and thankful...
