Well if someone in California can sue Toys R Us and Walmart for selling them (believe it was Cali) then I'd have to say yes. Though he is a Canadian Citizen so you'd have to find a lawyer dealing with international law!

Seriously? No, you can't, 'cos St.Nicholas makes the toys himself in his workshop at the NorthPole with his little helper elves. He hasn't started outsourcing to China...at least, not as yet!

At the least, to compete China, the United States must now try to learn and make the safe toys, than sending the space shuttles!

you can sue the toy manufacturer for hiring china to built them. leave target and wal mart out of it..go after Mattel!!
