Don't get me wrong, I am very glad we have been relatively safe from the work of 'Jihad,' but after really thinking about the situation, I don't understand why we aren't hearing of attacks inside the United States everyday.

It is no secret that these terrorist groups despise the United States on a level only below Israel.

Getting inside our country would of course not be a problem, as one would have to try pretty hard to be caught. Most of these explosives can be made legally without buying illegal equipment.

The only guess I can come up with is they are plotting for one giant strike to kick things off. If even one was successful, which wouldn't be a hard feat, we would step up security instantly, as this would hit closer to home than the violence in Iraq most Americans are sheltered from. This really scares me, as this is the only rational explanation I can think of.

I watch the news all the time and i cant go a day without it. But why is that nothing is good news? Why cant they talk about the good muslims who love allah and know that in time everything will be as it should? There are far less islamic extremist then there are muslims and just as many muslims in the us as there are jews. Islam is the fastest growing religion and should not be shunned for it.
Please anyone with a comment say something. I want to know what everyone thinks hay even send me an email at this yahoo account!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm seriously a moderate Republican, but for some reason I would find Hillary Clinton winning the election very hilarious because of the vocal and crazed reaction that it would get from some conservatives.

This ruling in favor of a Chinese laundry/dry cleaners shows how far down we have come to see an African-American administrative law judge sue a poor, minority small businessman over something as trivial as a pair of temporarily lost pants.

Read the story and give your opinion: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070625/ap_on_re_us/67_million_pants
Flagrant abuse of the court system!

If I knew how, I'd sue that judge for subversion of the popular will!!!

Kate McCann may quit as GP to fight child trafficking
Kate said last week, ‘This is my job now. I can see this becoming my full-time career, with this whole issue of child welfare and opposing paedophiles’.

How can she do this when she wasnt there to protect Maddies Welfare when she went missing??

Why is it that The Reporters I hear from ABC News on the radio throughout the day always sound as if they are: Just on the edge of shrieking or, hiding in a closet and speaking in a sort of "I know a secret" tone, or sound as if they are in the process of walking a tight-rope 1500 feet above the surface of the planet or just frankly have some place else to be at the moment and are in a big hurry . . . ?
It's just a personal observation.
Anyone else notice this?

The ruling was handed down that there was no basis for the $64K suit against the dry cleaners that lost the judge's suit pants. Do you agree that justice has been served? That it was indeed a "frivolous suit"? Should he pay the cleaners' lawyer fees?

This was rediculous. Someone tried to sue a drycleaner for originally 67 million dollars just becuase they lost a pair of pants. Then it was 54 million which is still absolutly obsurd.

I don't see why they couldn't just have the drycleaner pay him back for the pants and maby a couple hundred extra for the mistake. Lawsuits are getting rediculous these days. People shouldn't have to be abused like this.

They certainly know how to get celebs involved. I read the McCanns are connected to Gorden Brown, a relation lives next door to his brother or something..and a Conservative politician is also related to Gerry. Do you think knowing people in "high places" has made the media bow down to the McCanns?
