This ruling in favor of a Chinese laundry/dry cleaners shows how far down we have come to see an African-American administrative law judge sue a poor, minority small businessman over something as trivial as a pair of temporarily lost pants.

Flagrant abuse of the court system!

If I knew how, I'd sue that judge for subversion of the popular will!!!

Clearly the judge who brought this lawsuit against the cleaners was unreasonable.
