I watch the news all the time and i cant go a day without it. But why is that nothing is good news? Why cant they talk about the good muslims who love allah and know that in time everything will be as it should?There are far less islamic extremist then there are muslims and just as many muslims in the us as there are jews. Islam is the fastest growing religion and should not be shunned for it.

Unfortunately the extreme Muslims are the ones hitting the headlines. If more moderate Muslims spoke up for themselves and decried the extremists, we'd all feel it is just a few who tried to murder us.
I also believe that the reason the religionis growing is because of the increasing numbers immigrating to the UK from their Muslim countries, which they're so anxious to leave.

You know what I find interesting, is that lately instead of referring to terrorists or suicide bombers, as "muslim extremists" or "islamic militants" the newscasters call them simply muslims. Has anyone else noticed this? Most americans have no idea what Islamic beliefs are or anything about Islam. We just believe what the media tells us. They are a bad, messed up people.
You are right Islam is the fastest growing religion in the US. I would encourage everyone to at least pick up a book on Islam or do some research on the internet. Information is power as the saying goes. Thanks for the insightful question.

People like to jump to conclusions- & they LOVE to complain. So when they see or hear about the Terrorism going on in the Middle East- & how many of them seem to be Muslim, then they automatically conclude that ALL Muslims must be dangerous terrorists- and should be treated as such. Now YOU seem to be smart enough to know that THAT- is ridiculous. But unfortunately- alot of us are NOT so "bright". The World is an "Unfair" place, and alot of the stuff we hear about it- is WRONG. What YOU have to do is- keep on asking those good questions- & pointing that out. Because the SECOND we start believing the stupid "propaganda" that ALL people of ANY kind- are "this way" or "that"- then we are DOOMED to fall by our OWN words. Good luck! :)

You say that islam doesn't support "marterism" - I assume you mean "martyrism" which is NOT the same as "murdering in the name of your religion" (a "martyr" is defined as "a person who willingly suffers death rather than renounce his or her religion" NOT "someone who willingly CAUSES death BECAUSE of his or her religion").

not all the Muslims are bad and not all the Christians are bad and not all any other Religion followers or nations are bad
we are all human being just the ppl whom don't really know how to deal with the others i mean they have no minds
i know there is alot of Terrorist they killing ppl and bombing places under the name of they are Muslims and they are right and all around them are wrong and also they think that when they kill some one of those whom is wrong for them they went to the heaven..
I'm sorry maybe my answer is not clear but all i mean here is 70 % of the muslims are following wrong ways and wrong belives
we pray for them even if they hurt us or kill us we will keep praing for them and asking God To show them the light and the right way .

Your questions bothers me because your also assuming in your reference of "everybody." That is as bad as assuming "all Muslims." It seems like a contradiction to me. Well, you cannot include me into your "everybody" because I don't believe "all Muslims want to blow someone up."
