i received an email from several lottery company saying that i am a winner of some kind of lottery. the draw was made through email that have visited similar lottery sites.
I wish to know if these are scam and if so how to deal with them and how to report them as to avoid other people falling into these traps.

I just read an article that said some companies are coming out with undergarments for little ones as young as six years old that include padded bras and high cut underwear.
