Has anywhere else in the country just suffered a weird power cut?
lasted about 2 seconds, but also set all the car alarms off like a magnetic pulse - or was it just here in Bristol?
just wondering if anyone had any idea what it was all about?

Not here in Scotland. Sounds weird though with all car alarms going off. Do you have military base nearby or some sort of nuclear station??
