Most people do not have a long enough attention span to completely finish answering a question. Also I have come across many that are only here for social reasons and to prove they are more "socially advanced". Which I believe is a load of garbage and they are the people who make this world seem like a dim and dull place.

Because actually they don't know and they just want to get point so they can be famous in this blog.I understand because some answer doesn't make sense for me either and very foolish.
Wrong answer sometime happen we can understand but fooling around that different story except to answer a foolish question.

Many people are unable to write their thoughts in an abbreviated and succinct fashion. When answers and Q's are too long, readers often report and no one likes that. So, unfortunately, yoou are left wondering.

Unfortunately, that's fairly common. People giving wrong answers on factual issues is also very common.
