I vote BBC. I was raised on CNN, and didn't discover BBC until I lived overseas. Boy, what a big difference! BBC may not have flashy graphics, but the content is much better than CNN. BBC is world focused, whereas CNN is U.S. focused. Why are Americans so ignorant about the world? Our media outlets like CNN have a lot to do with it. I wish BBC came with standard cable here in the US. At least I can catch BBC world on my local PBS station.

As far as in depth news, BBC by far. This is because England used to control huge swaths of the world, from India, to Africa, to the Americas. CNN doesn't have near the same connections. Its also not tied to one American party or the other, so you are more likely to get unbiased news about things going on in America. However, you won't get as much information about what is going on in America.

CNN for American-related news and really sensational world events news. BBC for virtually every other type of news.

Definitely the BBC. They're always better at holding off until substantiated facts can be reported, rather than speculation and opinion.

BBC, by far. It's a lot less biased, a lot more accurate, and a lot better inclined to report facts instead of trying to boost ratings.

BBC tends to be pretty impartial plus you get to see how people outside view the US and what's going on in our country so it's pretty insightful

Neither, because they are all motivated by some political agenda. It is hard to find quality news-reporting, in that the media is an outlet for propaganda, and is used as such DAILY. So, decide which newstation adheres most with your political opinion, and you will find news spun just for your taste.
