I wrote a book three years ago. It solves a real life and famous murder case.?

I have not sent the draft to any publisher. However it has been read by several of my family members and a host of close friends. All of them agree that it is a fantastic story and that I should try to find a publisher. However, I am savvy enough to know that publishers have their "favorites." I also know that it might take years to find even one who might be willing to "take a chance", since many of them do not even LOOK at unsolicited manuscripts.
But I am NOT savvy enough to know the answer to the following,
so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I want to know if there is any way I can publish at least PARTS of
the book on-line, and if so, how do I go about it? (I am new to the use of a computer and the use of the internet)
I want to publicize just enough information about the case to see how much interest I can generate given the subject matter.
I am looking for any and all ideas. Thank you for your anticipated input. It would be greatly appreciated

How can people put down New Orleans so badly? Will the US be ready if it happens again?

It hurts me to see how our people suffered. I think everyone expected help to come immediately but cheers to all who did help in these dreadful times. No one was prepared and I seen first hand how much help was here. But really this could have happened anywhere. In a weeks time there was help everywhere but for some it was too late but for most just to see someonecared was all we needed.

Do you think that marijuana should become legal?

I sure do, although I believe there should be restrictions:

No one less then 18 years old should be able to buy it

No driving a vehicle while using it

No public intoxication
I
know that I may get slammed by people who disagree with me...however, this is only my opinion. I am not saying that anyone should do drugs I am simply asking others their opinions.

(I just feel that law enforcement should be tending to the more violent crimes out there.)

was 9/11 a conspiracy. what's your opinion?

My friend let me watch a show he burned off the internet called " Loose Change ". Has anyone seen it. I watched it and have to admit it brings up a lot of good points, and I do mean a lot!! It's stuff you really didn't pay attention to before because all your focus was on hating those terrorists. It would make me sick to think that our government orchestrated 9/11. And I don'y know how much of the info. on there is correct, but it does make you think! I want your opinions. If you've seen let me know what you think.
