was 9/11 a conspiracy. what's your opinion?

My friend let me watch a show he burned off the internet called " Loose Change ". Has anyone seen it. I watched it and have to admit it brings up a lot of good points, and I do mean a lot!! It's stuff you really didn't pay attention to before because all your focus was on hating those terrorists. It would make me sick to think that our government orchestrated 9/11. And I don'y know how much of the info. on there is correct, but it does make you think! I want your opinions. If you've seen let me know what you think. If you haven't, try to find it and take a look, then get back to me on this question.

The guys who produced Loose Change have no credentials as journalists. The leader of the three stated that he was going to produce a fictional movie about 9/11 before he decided on this conspiracy theorist wet dream.

It was proven that Loose Change has inaccuracies in it because the three researched things on wikipedia, a site known for questionable information.

I saw this video months ago and I must say it makes compelling arguements, but it also has some very large holes - obviously not noted in the picture. I won't get into it now, but the whole fact about the melting point of metal can be totally thrown out the window. I'll explain why breifly.

Ever see a cement worker do a sidewalk? They try to avoid doing it in one large piece, they put the little black strips in there. The reason for the black strips is so that in the winter if ice freezes in there and expands (as water does when it freezes) the sidewalk won't crack - because the black strips allow for expansion points. The same freezing action is what cause huge potholes in my wonderful city of Pittsburgh.

With that in mind. Take metal that experiences tempurates of say 10º to 120ºF and hit them with a huge hammer, a plane. (Drop a 200LB peice of iron on your sidewalk.) Then create 10 to 15 times the heat that the steel is used to, and you have thousands of pot holes and a collapsing tower.

The planes cracked the steel and the intense heat expanded the cracks until it could no longer hold. It's like a cracked window, it might stay in one piece for a short time, but it will break - especially when I exposed to extreme heat or cold.

Sure, so was Pearl Harbor we knew about it in advance and did nothing. Kennedy was killed by the CIA, Katrina was planned by G. Bush and O.J. and Michael Jackson are innocent. The airlines were in on 9/11 too. Hitler didn't really have killing camps and the islamic fanatics only want peace but are victims I suggest all who know these thruths get out of the country as fast as possible and save yourselves before they kill us all. The United States government took no part in the conspriacy.

The conspirators were all Middle Eastern terrorists intent on destroying the infidel.

An infidel is anyone who is not a Muslim.

When police is investigating a crime they try to answer this questions: Who benefitted the most from comitting the crime, what was the motive of the crime, and if something changes after the crime.
Using the above rationale, I don't think US government comitted the crime but intelligence knew that it was going to happen and allowed it to happen to make a point.
Prior 9/11, a lot of Inteligence's procedures were restrictied in order to preserve human and privacy rights. After 9/11, privacy and human rights were placed to secondary principles to increase the scope of action of Intelligence to preserve integrity and safety of american interests.
5 years after 9/11, I heard that Supreme Court has ruled to decrease the scope of action of Intelligence to preserve privacy rights and I guess Intelligence is not very happy about it, so my prediction is that in the near Intelligence will allow terrorists to strike again in order to recover their scope of action.
