Do you get along?

I'm familiar with who they are. We wave to each other. But that is about it. We were just asked that question in church today. Made me want to go meet my neighbors again to go say hi to them and see how they are doing before summer ends.

I know of them... and get along ok considering we rarely speak or even see each other. I know most of their names. We have some new neighbours who are yet to move in, but I expect we probably won't see a lot of them as they spend a good deal of time overseas I understand. If we needed something I'm sure they would help out. The last time I spoke to one of my neighbours was about three months ago and that was the one that moved out. I hardly had anything to do with her before that either. You might say we 'live and let live'.

I am English and lived in Scotland for 2.5 years. I knew most people in my street.
I have since returned to England to live. Been here since December last year. I have tried to be friendly with my neighbours but they don't want to know. So I do feel rather cut off here. I am disabled, so don't get to go far. I have more friends working at the stores ax the street than I do here living on my block.

i dont know my neighbors and it works just fine. but i guess knowing the normal ones can be helpful in case of an emergency.

yeah, we are hiding in the same cave...ofcourse we get along, we share everything and thats why bush cant find us!

yes.. becuz i still threw away their shoes in the middle of the night, and i recommend a place in the neighbourhood selling cheap and good shoes..
