I've taken a large interest in the Vietnam War recently.
The terrain, geography and people may be different but some of the tactics and policies seem identical.
Isn't some of the tactics now being used in Iraq was originally used by the Viet Cong? Didn't Viet Cong forces bomb U.S. bases and were labeled as terrorists as well? Wasn't there a massacre other than My Lai related to Fallujah or Haditha? Lastly, why do people recoil at the thought of Iraq becoming another Vietnam?

I'm not being sacrastic with this question either. I was curious to know if what some people see as liberal negativism in comparing Iraq to Vietnam was true or not. All comments are welcomed including Vietnamese viewpoints.

If I am right I win a wonderful vacation package that includes forever with God who is sweet and wonderful and loves the world enough that he chose to suffer himself to take the sin of the world off of everyone who ask him, If I am wrong there will be nothing I have lost and I have lived my life extremely pleased and even in my suffering I have had peace on earth and Joy. But what about if the non believer is wrong? What if there is a heaven and a hell. What if there is a devil who hates you and a Jesus who loves you and has tried to reach you with the truth about eternity before it is too late? Thats a *huge* gamble for the non believer.

On Saturday July 8th I was in the underwear section of the Avenue(a plus-size womans clothing store) and a woman wearing a white see-thru shirt, blue jeans and a pink 40DD bra walks up to me looking for 2 new bras, I ask her what type of bra she wants and she lifts up her shirt to show me. She then asked me to check her strap to see what size bra she was wearing. So we begin to look for the bras when she bends over in front of me 3-4 times to show me her ample cleavage. I wanted to put my hands down her shirt, pull her breasts out of her bra and grope them to my hearts content. Is it wrong for me to feel that way? Has this happened to you? Include details please.

Hitler was a savage dictator who killed, tortured, and imprisoned millions of people (including jewish people, but not solely jewish people). This is something totally unacceptable and all possible steps must be done to avoid it being repeated again.

So, why does Israel badly treat the Palestinian people? I think when I get abused by someone this should be a motive for me to know how bitter the feeling of abuse is and thus to never think about abusing others. I know many American people out there in Yahoo! Answers are more Israeli than the Israeli people themselves (ironically, the equation here is: most Americans think Arabs are terrorists; most Americans believe Arabs and Israelis are enemies; so most Americans are biased in favor of Israelis and against Arabs). I already know this and also know that any question against Israel is quickly "reported" and removed. But I want you to be brave enough to answer logically and persuasively instead of just complaining like silly kids do!

Israel is occupying the land of the Palestinian people since 1948 and when they try to resist this occupation it forces the international media to describe them as terrorists, although everybody knows that it is not wrong to use military action against the one who is occupying your land (even the "founding fathers" of the US did so against Britain).

Israel is the only country in this whole world that finds it easy and plausible to demolish buildings while their tenants are still inside, and to launch missile and airplane attacks on civilians in crowded streets. Israel now is punishing 250,000 persons just because three or four of them have kidnapped an Israeli soldier.

Israel is a nuclear country yet all of the above indicate that it is not too rational to be kept to be so. Israel's lobby in the USA is forcing many US politicians to work only for Israel's interests disregarding the interests of the USA itself.

Israel is the cruelest country in the whold world. Will this end?
